The structure, which lies on a hill facing the Marganai mountains, within a five-hectare garden park, includes six apartments that combine the sobriety and the simplicity of rural homes with the comforts linked to the most demanding modern needs. 

Four mini apartments include a kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms. The remaining two include a bathroom, a kitchen and a bedroom.

Each kitchen includes all the necessary utensils for cooking and has a fridge, freezer, oven, four-burner stove, American coffee machine, toaster, water boiler and sink.

Each bathroom has a shower, bidet, sink, toilet and a washing machine for linen.

The apartments with two bedrooms include one double bedroom and one bedroom with two single beds while the apartments with one bedroom include only one double bed.
